Nokia 101 Mobile Phone
Recently, Nokia introduced a new handset named 101. It is a dual SIM handset along with rich music features. It is the cheapest dual SIM handset of Nokia ever. Nokia 101 mobile phone is priced at Rs. 1799.

Nokia has tried to grab Indian market in a very new sense with affordable handset. There are the most innovative and customer oriented features with Nokia 101 mobile phone.

Nokia 101 Key Features:

Dual-band EGSM 900/1800

Dual-SIM Candybar

Symbian 30

14.9mm thickness

70mm length

45.5mm width

71g weight

500 Phonebook entries

250 messages storage

16 GB expandable memory

3.5 mm AV connector

1.8 inches display

65,000 screen colors

Mp3

Stereo FM radio

Games

35 days of standby battery capacity and 7.2 hours of talktime

Nokia 101 has no camera and internet facility. It doesn’t offer data network. The phone is equipped with Nokia Life tools. It is affordable handset in Indian market but it is the simplest handset. Most of the Indian customers will ignore it due to lack of camera.

Indian customers are obsessed with camera and internet features in handsets. Nokia is unable to offer both features in 101 handsets. However, there is a large storage expandable memory chip with it. It is not worth only listening to music. It is time to show some coverage of images and videos also.

I think Nokia should rethink about it. The Company should grab the new generation of Indian market offering affordable handset featured with camera and internet facility like other companies. Nokia is the name of trust in Indian market. Nokia can grab the complete Indian market offering an affordable handset featured with camera and internet facility. Nokia 101 will be able to cover only one section of customers who are looking for only a handset like Karbonn A1 mobile phone.
